Yes! We will send the same team each clean. Providing consistent and quality cleaning services is a high priority for us.

We provide all supplies and equipment needed to complete your cleaning package. If you prefer, we use your products, please leave the product on your kitchen counter and communicate with the office about your preferences. We do not offer discount if we use customer’s supplies.

The best thing you can do is minimize clutter prior to your cleaning. The more surfaces we can access the more value you will get out of your clean. Please put up any items that you don’t want our cleaners to touch. Please let the office know of any areas to not enter or touch such as Lego’s, closets, trophy’s etc. We do not do dishes or laundry.

Yes! As much as we love your fur babies please find a good spot for your pets so they’re safe and secure while we clean. Please check & pick up any animal feces prior to your cleaning. We do not clean feces up.

Deep Cleanings are scheduled in the afternoons, they tend to take more time, this way, the team can work calmly and make sure everything is thoroughly cleaned without any rush. Standard Cleanings are scheduled on a recurring biweekly or monthly (4 weeks) basis after booking an Initial Deep Cleaning Service. You are scheduled on the same day of the week whether you are a biweekly or monthly cleaning. Times will vary, a time frame notice is sent the evening prior to your clean.  Our cleaner(s) make every effort to be at your homes within their arrival window. As the day goes on, unexpected delays can happen such as traffic or previous cleaning taking longer than expected. In that case, if the team is running behind or ahead of the schedule for any reason, someone will contact you to make sure the change time is still convenient for you.

Life Happens. We get it. Please let us know 48hrs prior to your scheduled appointment and we will do our best to work you into another day/time. If it’s been more than 4weeks between cleans you will be charged the monthly price. If it has been more than 6 weeks since your last clean you will be charged a deep clean price.
